Tranzovia is looking for hardworking and dependable Loading Assistants to join our logistics operations team. This role plays a key part in our daily loading and unloading activities at warehouses, docks, and delivery points. Key Responsibilities

1. Load and unload cargo from trucks, containers, and warehouse shelves
2. Arrange items securely on pallets or trolleys
3. Use hand tools or basic lifting equipment where necessary
4. Follow safety procedures during all loading operations
5. Assist drivers and forklift operators in organizing goods for transport
6. Check and match items against delivery documents
7. Maintain cleanliness in the loading/unloading zones
8. Support packing and sorting teams as needed
9. Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of workplace safety
• Ability to work flexible hours or rotating shifts
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is helpful but not required

Working Conditions
