Tranzovia is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to handle general upkeep of our warehouse facilities, equipment, and common areas. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, is quick to fix small issues, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and fully functional work environment. This is a hands-on role suitable for individuals with practical skills and a good attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across the facility, including light repairs and equipment checks
• Inspect warehouse areas, tools, and systems for signs of wear and damage
• Replace light fixtures, repair minor plumbing issues, and maintain basic electrical items
• Maintain cleanliness in mechanical and common areas
• Assist in setting up or rearranging shelves, furniture, and storage areas
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and effectively
• Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and lighting systems
• Coordinate with external service providers when needed
• Follow safety guidelines and keep maintenance logs up to date

Job Requirements

1. No formal education required; technical experience is a plus
2. Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work is preferred
3. Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and carry tools and supplies
4. Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
5. Good attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
6. Willingness to work in warehouse and outdoor settings if needed
7. Flexibility with shifts, including weekends if required
8. Basic English or Lithuanian communication skills are helpful

Working Conditions

• Indoor and occasional outdoor work within a warehouse and logistics setting
